Refund policy

We offer free exchanges or returns, provided that the item is returned in perfect condition and shows no signs of use. In the case of a defective product, photos of the affected item must be included at the time the return request is submitted.

Note: The return period is extended until January 10 for all orders placed from November 25 onwards. Outside of this period, the return period is 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 calendar days from the receipt of the item to request an exchange or return of the items purchased. It is not necessary to provide a reason to exercise the right of withdrawal.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product for another, please contact us at mystoria@storiajewels.com.

RETURNS

To make a return, you must contact us via email at mystoria@storiajewels.com, requesting the return of the items you wish to return and providing the order number. We will respond within 24-48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Place the jewelry you wish to return, along with its original packaging, in the shipping bag or box and make sure to seal it properly.

We will refund the full price of the product using the same payment method you used for your initial transaction.

The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days following the receipt of the merchandise in our warehouse.
