Yes, shipping is free for purchases over €90.
For purchases below that amount, shipping costs are €5.95.
We will send you information about your order to the email address provided on the checkout screen (if you purchased as a guest) or to the email address on your STORIA account.
Once the order leaves our warehouse and is collected by the transport agency, they will provide a tracking link to the same email address.
If you have an account with us, you can easily access "My Account" at any time and select the order you want to review.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Yes, as long as the jewelry is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return of the items ordered. You do not need to provide a reason to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To make a return, follow these steps:
- Go to this link to start the process.
- Log in and select your order: Once on the page, log in to your account and select the order from which you wish to return one or more items.
- Select the products to return: Check the items you wish to return and confirm your selection.
- Request a refund: Please fill out the refund request form. Please be sure to state the reason for the return to help us improve our quality and service.
- Confirm and wait for the email: Once the request has been sent, you will receive an email within 48 hours with the following instructions to create your return label.
Place the jewelry you are returning in the shipping box and make sure to close it properly.
Processing a return is free of charge if you do so from a delivery point. If you request a collection at your home, the return will cost €4.95.
The refund will be issued once the merchandise has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected by our team. We strive to process refunds quickly and efficiently, ensuring that you receive your money back in the shortest possible time. Depending on the original payment method, it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.
CANCELLATION
If you have changed your mind, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared. Once the order is prepared or in the hands of the carrier, it is not possible to cancel it. In the latter case, you can return it without having to give any explanation.

We currently accept payments via credit/debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also pay via Klarna in up to 3 interest-free installments.

PROMOTIONAL CODES AND OFFER CONDITIONS
You can enter the discount code when you go to checkout, in the “Order Summary” section. Make sure that the code is still valid and is applicable to the products you want to buy.
If you have decided to return a piece of jewellery that had a discount, the amount to be returned will be the same as the amount you paid at the time of purchase. The discount will be lost if it is a promotion that has expired.
If it is a discount coupon, it will lose its validity once redeemed.
